We offer thorough Mental Capacity Act (MCA) assessments and reports to ensure compliance with the Mental Capacity Act 2005, ensuring individuals receive the support and protection they need. Assessments include:

  • Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) for finance and property

  • Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) for health and well-being.

  • Capacity to Litigate/Conduct Proceedings.

  • Testamentary Capacity. 

We are happy to visit individuals in their own home, or a venue that is preferable for the client.
